Are your products high-quality?
They sure are! In terms of paper, we use 15 pt Tango® Coated Cover C1S, which has superior print performance, product aesthetics and ink holdout, and it's both recycled and recyclable. Each card has its own premium 70 lb square flapped envelope included and we always include spare envelopes with orders.
Some of our greeting cards have the added luxury of gold foil stamping, which literally makes these products shine! By applying a thin film of metal to the paper, we get gorgeous results and your customers will be even more tempted by the eye-catching designs.
Do all of your cards come with envelopes?
Yes, each card has its own premium 70 lb square flapped envelope included and we supply spare envelopes with every order.
Are your cards environmentally friendly?
Our cards are absolutely environmentally friendly. Each card (quite thick 15pt card stock) is printed on recycled and recyclable paper and is an FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) product, which means it is made from responsible sources and has been verified to meet FSC’s strict environmental and social standards.
What exactly will I receive in my package when I order?
The minimum order is a box of 48 cards and we shrinkwrap the cards separately to the envelopes. Each box of 48 cards contains the following: 8 lots of cards (with 6 in each package, shrinkwrapped together) and 8 lots of 7 envelopes (each package shrinkwrapped together with our a mini catalogue board showing our current products).
Can you send me a catalogue of your cards?
No, we don't send out full catalogues, as our website shows our up-to-date catalogue of cards here. Plus we also include a mini catalogue board with your order, so you can see all of our current products together on one page.
Can you send me samples of your cards?

Can I view your cards in person?
You can! By appointment, you can absolutely come and see our greeting cards at 57A Granby St, Toronto, ON, M5B 1H8. Contact us here, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1 888 503 3503 during business hours and we can arrange an appointment.
Do I have to register with your site to shop with you?
No, you don't need to register with us, though if you do, you can check your order status online and your details will be saved for your next order.
How do I place an order online?
It's super easy. Just add your items to the basket, head to checkout and pay, then sit back and wait for your items to arrive.
Can I fax my order to you?
Absolutely! Our fax number is 647 689 2375.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay and PayPal, using Shopify's secure system. Shopify has joined forces with leading credit card processors from around the world to make it easy for us to securely accept payments online. All the information exchanged is encrypted and we have no access to your credit card details.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. One box of 48 cards is the minimum order and you will receive a sealed carton of 48 cards and 56 envelopes. You can order in multiples of sealed boxes, each containing 48 cards (so your order will be 48 cards or 96 cards or 144 cards, for example).
Do I get a discount for larger orders?
Yes! We strive to offer our wholesalers and distributors one of the highest margins in the industry. If you are planning on ordering more then 5,000 cards in a single order then send us email or give us a call. We will sharpen our pencils, and provide you with an even better price.
I have a promotional code. How do I use it?
We will be having special promotions at times, where you may get a promotional code or you may get them by email if you sign up for our newsletter. To take advantage of one of our special promotions, you can add the promotional code to the PROMO CODE box on the checkout page. Your order will be discounted automatically.
Can I buy one single card?
No. Unfortunately, this site is designed exclusively for those who need at least 48 of each single card (mainly distributors and wholesalers).
Not exactly, as our orders our fulfilled by an external shipping company. However, we have an awesome no-questions-asked returns policy if you need to return the cards to us.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free sitewide!
Which carriers do you use to ship your products?
For orders across Canada we use Purolator and for orders across the US, we use UPS. We use InterFulfillment, the Canadian eCommerce solution, to fulfill and ship our orders to you. InterFulfillment safely stores our greeting cards and then ships them to you once you've placed your order with us.
Are your cards protected in storage at InterFulfillment?
Definitely! As an extra precaution against water damage, all inner boxes (each containing 48 cards and 56 envelopes) are wrapped in plastic prior to being placed in their master cartons.
When will you ship my order?
Soon! We ship your order as soon as possible and this means all orders are shipped within 3 business days. We will let you know when your order is on its way and you can track it online too.
Will I receive a packing slip with my order?
Yes. InterFulfillment includes a packing slip with every order.
What is your returns policy?
We have a no-questions-asked returns policy where we refund you your money upon return of the product within 30 days of delivery. We can't say fairer than that! Please keep proof of shipping when returning items to us.
SUBMISSIONS FROM ARTISTS
Do you accept artist submissions?
Yes! Digital files must be finished in every way, and completely ‘print ready’. All cards must include both an inside verse, and an outside verse.
We are not looking for photographic designs. We are a mainstream supplier and our market is North America.
Cards can be traditional, contemporary, humourous, or edgy. However, they can’t be profane in nature. The majority of our cards appear to be hand-drawn.
Please review our online catalogue here. This will give you a guide to our successful designs for your reference, though this is not meant to exclude other types of designs or other art styles. It’s meant purely as a sample of what has been appealing to our consumers. It’s also meant as a guidance as to the calibre of the work we require, though we are not looking for duplicates of these designs.
Finished file(s) must be:
The folded size of 5.5” x 7.75”.
Design can be portrait or landscape.
We must have 1/8” bleed on all 4 sides.
The artwork needs to be in vector format, with fonts outlined. Please submit PDF images for our initial review.
Remuneration is $150.00 for each purchased design.
